Meet the team behind Puhon!
The PUHON Advocates is a group of students from Xavier University - Senior High School who seeks to advocate and promote the importance of Mental Health, an issue which is timely and relevant to address today. They help educate and break the stigma by providing relevant information and inspiring messages that give hope. They believe that no one deserves to suffer in silence. Thus, by raising awareness and encouraging each one in joining us break the stigma together, we will be able to create an open and safe space for everyone, and mental health problems will be overcame altogether.

Pamela has always held Mental Health close to her heart. As she believes that no one deserves to struggle in silence, she aspires to create a safe space for everyone where mental health is openly talked about. Driven by such passion, she is one of PUHON's content contributors, leads the creation of visuals, and also crafted PUHON's website.
